Death of Common Sense

THE DEATH OF Mr. C…………… SENSE .               Date: Jul 12, 2010

London Times Obituary of the late Mr. Common Sense

‘Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Common Sense, who has been with us for many years. No one knows for sure how old he was, since his birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape. He will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable lessons as:

Knowing when to come in out of the rain; why the early bird gets the worm; Life isn’t always fair; and maybe it was my fault.
Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies (don’t spend more than you can earn) and reliable strategies (adults, not children, are in charge). His health began to deteriorate rapidly when well-intentioned but overbearing regulations were set in place. Reports of a 6-year-old boy charged with sexual harassment for kissing a classmate; teens suspended from school for using mouthwash after lunch; and a teacher fired for reprimanding an unruly student, only worsened his condition.Common Sense lost ground when parents attacked teachers for doing the job that they themselves had failed to do in disciplining their unruly children. It declined even further when schools were required to get parental consent to administer sun lotion or an Elastoplast to a student; but could not inform parents when a student became pregnant and wanted to have an abortion.Common Sense lost the will to live as the Ten Commandments became contraband; churches became businesses; and criminals received better treatment than their victims. Common Sense took a beating when you couldn’t defend yourself from a burglar in your own home and the burglar could sue you for assault.Common Sense finally gave up the will to live, after a woman failed to realise that a steaming cup of coffee was hot. She spilled a little in her lap, and was promptly awarded a huge settlement.Common Sense was preceded in death by his parents, Truth and Trust; his wife, Discretion; along with his daughter and son, Responsibility and Reason. He is survived by his 5 stepbrothers; I Know My Rights, I Want It Now, Someone Else Is To Blame, I’m A Victim and Prove It.Not many attended his funeral because so few realised he was gone.

TIME                                                    Date:  11 July, 2010

Each human being has exactly the same number of hours and minutes every day. Rich people can’t buy more hours. Scientists can’t invent new minutes. And you can’t save time to spend it on another day. Even so, time is amazingly fair and forgiving. No matter how much time you’ve wasted in the past, you still have an entire tomorrow.

Tip of the Day:
“Time pressure can have powerful effects on the body. Our brain regards clocks, deadlines, and interrupted schedules as a threat, and calls up the “fight or flight” stress response.”
Seeing the Big Picture–Know What’s Important
Every few months – or at least once a year – step back and consider what is really most important to you (not your mates/neighbours/TV).

Seek a Balance
In many cases the motivation to overwork comes from a desire to achieve a better lifestyle or to prove one’s self-worth. Ask yourself if it’s worth it. Take a look at your life and see whether you’d lose or gain by buying and consuming less. Cutting back on work may reduce your income, but it can improve your standard of living in other ways. Virtually no one on his or her death bed ever says, “I wish I had spent more time at the office.”

Choose Simplicity
Try to limit the things which unnecessarily complicate your life. It may be difficult to say “no” when life presents us with so many possibilities, roles, and identities. We want to be a good parent, hold down a full-time job, participate in neighbourhood and community activities, take classes, go on trips, learn new skills, build new relationships, look for a better house, and cultivate sixteen hobbies. But what’s the cost? In the end, it’s not how much you’ve done or how many experiences you’ve collected that counts, but how well you have lived.

nowLive in the Moment
There is no moment in time other than the one that is happening right now. Being totally absorbed in what we are doing in the present is an exhilarating experience, one that makes us feel truly alive, positive, and productive. It creates the “timeless” moments during which our tensions, fears, and pressures about time evaporate
Unless it has an adverse effect on you or someone else, there’s nothing intrinsically wrong with putting something off until later. In fact, sometimes you’re better off doing some things later or not at all.

To get to this state, you must learn to break the rushing habit and/or refer to the note below.

Note: The above is very similar to the new religion I have ‘created’ (Don’t see why I can’t create one, do you?}    My religion is called “Nuffing”.   We pray to “The Almighty No-one”.   And we are only required to regularly partake in a meditatory practice called “Nitto.”   Seek “Nuffing”, bow to “No-one” and try to do “Nitto” as often as possible and you are guaranteed peace.

I ain’t playing!
OOO’s discussed, organised, protested and they won.                        15 Sep 2008
…… over FOOTIE!!

Thousands of grown, strong (obviously not that bright – but they can eat and f@rt, I suppose) men, discussed and planned to march into town……………………….. for ‘…KING FOOTIE???  There’s Gas,  Electricity, Fuel, Inflation, Unemployment, Taxes all rising through blatant and obvious greed of the globalapitalists, and I don’t think any of those “Oily-Rags”, had any idea of who/why these things happen and so what use were they to their families and communities, this weekend – NONE.   But when the owner of a footie team sacks his manager…………………. their on the streets?  Listen. It’s over. Finished.   The common man embarrasses himself with such shows of bare idiocy.

As stated previously – would you respect a bunch of people who organise themselves so? Who prioritise FOOO-TEEE, over their utilities (comforts), sovereignty (EU con-job), family life (housing/education), independence (employment) and so much else? They (the duppy) don’t know you and/or me – they just monitor all of us and what do they see? Footie protests!! There should be a protest against footie protests.   We….collectively deserve nothing less than we’re getting – in fact, if you had a bunch of “useless” eaters wandering about protesting for footie – would you not do much worse? The financial markets are “all over the place” due to a repeated well timed and orchestrated vacuuming of credit (all done before…… in EXACTLY the same way) and these bottom of the barrel, imbeciles can only get out and have a public moan over footie.         Footie protest!!           Disgraceful!!

There’s a much bigger game being played on us all – No protest. Our “Manager” (Brown) is in the process being replaced – I want to see if any divvies protest about that, when it happens.   I don’t think I’m a bigot, but one SHOULD judge….. and let anyone else judge you too – if they want to. And I have judged these footie worshippers as an example of why YOU, have to slave everyday…. just to stand still or be protected from the elements. And why your children are in for worse. It’s fast getting to the time when you should actually hope your children are stupid enough not to know it.

The SPEWS of the WORLD. Closed Down.            Date: 11 July 2011
So what?  Nobody has died. Nobody’s going to die. And if someone does die, and is involved in this foolishness – they probably deserve to die.  This issue hasn’t cost you and me any money. And, apparently, the rag is only changing its name and maybe a font, or two.  What-is-the-big-deal? What does the product provide, that cannot be gotten from a hundred thousand different readily available sources?
The paper is renowned for being lowbrow poo for the rattling skulled ones. The hardcopy equivalant to ‘The Only Way Is Essex’. Part of the reason so many millions don’t know anything about anything worth knowing. A dumbing down agent. A weapon of mass distraction. For crying out loud!!
If the paper vaporised with no replacement, I wouldn’t expect the mass of regular readers to suddenly respect their own intellect and absorb something useful on a Sunday……but a few might. Benefit!! Now, given my rant, I expect the following ‘auto-thoughts’ to have come to the fore, so have catered for the scenario with the following script:
PC bast’d:     “Who are you to decide what’s worth knowing?”
Me:     “OK, doofuss, here’s the lick – ANYTHINNNNNG that effects all of us, or most of us, especially if its impact is negative……is worth knowing about. Anything that just titilates one and two TV abusers, can be knownnnnnn, but isn’t worth KNOWING. It can be lost and replaced by summink else.”
PC bast’d: “Yeah but I don’t like to talk about such things all the time, it’s depressing”
Me:   Errrr, when’s the last time you discussed, what you refer to as ‘such things’?
PC bast’d: “Errrr……..”
Me:    “Well then. Now, CHULLUP!! I’m-not-debating-the-value-of-the-NOTW. [said with forefinger bashing the doofuss between the eyes 1 jab per word.] Now go tidy your room, or something”
And guess what – I do buy the [loo]paper too, occasionally. And it’s fun – like crappy bad for you..dessert after a healthy meal. But I don’t give an ants a*** that it’s gone – if I want such facile nonsense I can simply purchase the Sunday Mirror, or Sport, or await the replacement…….The Sunday Sun, or whatever.  I prefer to discuss subjects/matters that matter. Like…….
  • The vaccines (poison) they’ve recently started introducing to Africa (of course), instead of just leaving the place……the phuq…….alone!!
  • The United $nakes raising their debt ceiling – could impact us all
  • Murder of Libyans and destruction of the countries infrastructure……. to help the Libyans. Huh?
  • Portugal debt – could impact us all
  • The splitting of Sudan – The brutish govt are happy. That’s enough reason to be seriously concerned and check the background in detail.
  • Privatising healthcare – Just wait til you’re old… And, as an aside, what’s our increasing N.I. for?
  • The UK debt situation – is impacting us all.
  • Africom – will lessen our chances of escape from this Orwellian nightmare…if we had the balls, that is.
  • The party in Montenegro, hosted by the architect of the future recessions – You concerned for money?? Well then he and his family have impacted you.
  • The NON anniversary of 7/7 – could easily have impacted any of us…or our children. Directly, as in “BANG”, but has impacted us all indirectly.
  • Regular people…..and their wilful ignorance – impacts all of us, and our children, every minute of everyday. NEGATIVELY.
I only commented on this non-news, because someone asked me to. I hardly had anything to say about it, except….”So what, discuss something worthwhile and don’t take your lead from the tell-lie-vision?” Just my opinion,……I could be wrong.
